Description

A STIHL CHAINSAW ROUND FILE is a hardened steel tool used to sharpen the cutting teeth of a chainsaw chain. It is designed to be used with a specific file holder or guide to maintain the correct filing angle, and it comes in various diameters to match different chain pitches. This ensures the chain is sharp for efficient and safe operation.  STIHL CHAINSAW ROUND FILE will get the chain of your chainsaw back into shape. Find out how to optimally sharpen your chainsaw in our guide. The files are made of hardened steel, which makes them very robust and durable. They are supplied without a handle, so they are ideal for expanding existing STIHL sharpening sets and file holders. The round saw chain files are available in various diameters from 3.2 mm to 5.5 mm, enabling you to achieve optimum sharpness for every chain pitch. A small number on the outside of the depth gauge indicates the chain pitch. The greater the chain pitch, the larger the diameter of the chainsaw file needed. STIHL CHAINSAW TIPS C&L Sharpening Kits
